Win a £3,000 Innovation Voucher to develop your medical technology idea through our Innovate Now Competition. Open to all NHS staff working in a Member Trust.

With a focus on helping the NHS recover from the pandemic the Innovate Now competition provides colleagues with the chance of winning Innovation Vouchers up to the value of £3,000 to help progress their innovative ideas. The competition is now open with a closing date of 28th May 2021.

What are we looking for?

Innovation Vouchers are designed to support the development of new Medical Technologies in areas that will help the NHS recover from the pandemic. These can include, but are not limited to:

  • Dealing with the backlog
  • Treating/supporting patients at home
  • Digital solutions
  • Freeing up clinical time

What will we fund?

The voucher scheme has been specifically developed to help the winner/winners develop and progress their idea and could be used towards such things as:

  • Regulatory roadmap
  • Product development/ideation workshop with drawings
  • Review of intellectual property & freedom to operate position
  • Competitor and market analysis
  • Health economic analysis
  • Aligning digital solutions and tools to NHS guidelines
  • Review of Healthcare App
